Under her leadership, the trust focuses on providing support through Old Age Home services, Health Camps, Education Support, Women Empowerment programs, and various social welfare activities. Professional Experience

Sangappa began his career with the District Project Unit, govt project Tumkur, where he served as District Social Specialist from December 2008 to February 2011. In this role, he played a key part in participatory rural development initiatives, including Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), preparation of Integrated Tank Development Plans, formation and strengthening of Women Interest Groups, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and Tank Users Groups (TUGs). He was instrumental in community mobilization, institutional building, implementation of income generation activities (IGAs), facilitation of rehabilitation and resettlement action plans, and execution of baseline and household surveys. His work ensured strong community participation across all project phases—from planning to post-implementation.
